Platfform

Working together for mental health and social change

Platfform’s new website was the key tool that we used to reveal our new strategy, brand and name change in 2019. As a national charity, it was really important for us to be able to communicate what had changed and why with our audiences, and our new website allowed us to do exactly that both through the content and the look and feel of the site.

Working with Hybrid since 2019 has been a great experience; we’ve worked together to find ways to clearly show people the areas of our work, our approaches, the team and much more.

We’re delighted with the results and would highly recommend their services and expertise.

An exciting opportunity

When we were invited to work with Clout Branding on helping them transform a mental health charity we jumped at the chance.

Formerly known as Gofal, Platfform were undergoing a radical transformation from a ‘Welsh mental health and wellbeing charity’ to a ‘platform for connection, transformation and social change’. And in the process renaming themselves as Platfform.

Laying the foundations for digital

Clout Branding created the dynamic new brand and designs for the website. We consulted on the website structure – making sure it would be built so the client could manage the site with ease and navigation was intuitive for users.

We consulted on the designs to ensure everything would translate well to different devices.

Getting ready for launch

Platfform already had a brand launch event locked in to the diary so we had a very tight turnaround time for this fully bilingual project.

We built a bespoke site powered by WordPress to ensure the site would be flexible and scalable.

Delivered with confidence

We pulled out all the stops to deliver on time and on budget. The launch event was a great success and Platfform are going from strength to strength with their new brand and website at the core of everything they do.

We also worked closely with Platfform throughout the first lockdown period of the Covid-19 pandemic in the UK to help them launch a series of invaluable online resources, workshops and seminars accessible via their website.
